Lib Task Generate Javadoc

Purpose

This deploys the application to production.

Description

The war library is migrated to the war-prod library using the prodify.ps1 script.

Many things are checked:

(1) incuding the proper creation of the .jar file

(2) The sucessful migration of the .js files into .min.js files

Remedies

If the closure compiler used to migrate the .js files fails (detected by th war-prod copy is still stale) it is necessary to find the failure reason. Do this

(1) start new psec window (2) run rg citc (or whaterver system) (3) ./prodify (4) find reason for failure and run untill fixed (5) rerun deploy-app task

to set the active account, run:
$ gcloud config set account `ACCOUNT`
  gcloud config set account cit671.gae@gmail.com

 gcloud config set project PROJECTID

 K instead of C to keep window alive

Remedies - add new account to app engine

Make sure billing enabled and active

   gcloud auth login

and follow instructions
