This class defines the objects used in the GAEL Server.
The design of the server is to push as much work to the client (GAELIC) as is
reasonable. Thus schema definitions are controlled by the client using the Pod
definitions written in Javascript.
The gson library is used to marshall the GAELIC Json definitions into
Java objects where necessary. It is also used to create Json objects
used by the GAELIC routines.
The second design of GAEL is to cache as much as is reasonable. Thus on a deployment
change the GaelConfig object is updated to refe\lect the capabilities of the server.
The {link GAEL.Config} object is constructed by inspecting the web.xml gael-services parameter
to determine what services are installed and their characteristics.
Thereafter this configuration is loaded during each init phase.
Services are shown in order of apperance in Logon. The first is the default.
